Migrant Conditions

  • Option A: Invest at least S$2.5 million in a new business startup, expansion of an existing operation, approved Singapore-incorporated venture capital fund or Singapore-incorporated foundation or trust that focuses on.
  • Option B: Requires the applicant to invest in Singapore for at least SGD 10 million of assets which is to be booked and managed by a financial institution regulated by MAS; or, requires the applicant to hold at least SGD 8 million of assets and a SGD 2 million invested in Singapore private housing properties, for example Singapore Sentosa Cove bungalow.
  • The applicants have to invest the required amount in 5 years after the approval of permanent residence.

    Parents and Parents-in-law of applicants are eligible for apply long term visit pass after they have taken up permanent residence in Singapore. Male dependent will be liable for National Service

Procedures

  • Submit personal profile and proposed investment plan.
  • Complete all application forms and submit related documents.
  • There will be an interview session if the applicants meet the criteria.
  • An Approval-in-Principle Permanent Residence status is issued and which is valid for 6 months. Applicants have to invest in the period and provide evidences.
  • Be notified to formalize the Permanent Residence. The time needed is around one year.

  • Family Detail Form
  • 8 Passport Photographs (40mm x 55mm) (Black and White)
  • Certificate of Marriage and Notary (if applicable)
  • Employment Letter
  • Salary Record for Six Months and Tax Record for Three Years
  • If the applicant apply for the scheme with renamed/divorce/bereft of one’s spouse/ adopted children or children of previous marriage, related documents has to be submitted.
